At Fox Chapel Publishing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our books, magazines, and patterns. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unread condition and were purchased directly from the Fox Chapel Publishing website within the last 30 days.

  Contact Customer Service

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
